This page will guide you through the reservation process at Casa de Serenidad. There are only three simple steps:

Step 1 - Check the Rental Rates page and the Availability Calendar for dates that work for you.

Step 2 - Contact Us with the dates you would like to stay in the house.

Step 3 - Payments-We will accept a personal check or money order sent to our home address in the States. Payment can also be put on your credit card or debit card using PayPal. A 2.9% courtesy charge will apply. Our email address for PayPal is efron@casadeserenidad.com.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - A 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation with the remaining 50% required 60 days prior to arrival date. Failure to make payment more than 60 days of arrival date will be considered a cancellation resulting in the return of customer's deposit less a 25% handling fee . Failure to make payment less then or equal to 60 days of arrival date will be considered a cancellation resulting in a loss of all deposits. By making payment, the customer acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the terms and conditions of this agreement. For your protection, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
