Payments Accepted - We will accept a personal check or money order sent to our home address in the states. Payment can also be put on your credit card or debit card using PayPal. Our email address for PayPal is efron@casadeserenidad.com.
TERMS - 50% down at the time of reservation and the remaining 50% paid 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation more than 60 days of arrival date will result in a handling fee of 20%. Cancellation less then or equal to 60 days of arrival date will result in a loss of all deposits. For your protection, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
