Payments Accepted - We will accept a personal check or money order sent to our home address in the states. Payment can also be put on your credit card or debit card using PayPal. Our email address for PayPal is efron@casadeserenidad.com.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - A 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation with the remaining 50% required 60 days prior to arrival date. Failure to make payment more than 60 days of arrival date will be considered a cancellation resulting in the return of customer's deposit less a 25% handling fee . Failure to make payment less then or equal to 60 days of arrival date will be considered a cancellation resulting in a loss of all deposits. By making payment, the customer acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the terms and conditions of this agreement. For your protection, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
